Tez888 Payments in India: How Deposits and Withdrawals Work
Tez888 Cashier: Deposits, UPI and Withdrawals
The cashier in your Tez888 account separates payment routes by the way each transaction is confirmed. QR-UPI uses a generated code and UTR, while UPI collection sends a request to the UPI ID entered in the cashier; bank transfers and wallets appear when they are available for the account.
| Payment route | How it starts | Details used to confirm it | Availability |
|---|---|---|---|
| QR-UPI | Scan the cashier QR code | UTR after payment | Listed for deposits |
| UPI collection | Enter a UPI ID and press Pay | Approval in the UPI app | Listed for deposits |
| Direct UPI app | Choose PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or BHIM | Confirmation inside the selected app | Listed for deposits |
| Bank transfer | Follow bank details shown in the cashier | UTR or bank reference | Listed for deposits |
| Wallet transfer | Select a wallet when offered | Details shown on screen | Depends on the active cashier |
Availability is set by the live cashier. Open it before preparing a transfer and use the recipient details, limits and confirmation steps generated for that transaction rather than information saved from an earlier session.
Choose a Deposit Route in the Cashier
After login, open Deposit to see the routes and limits attached to the current session. A method may ask for a UPI ID, generate a QR code or display bank details that must be copied exactly.
Treat each cashier request as a separate transaction. Do not reuse an old QR image, recipient account or payment reference. The Tez888 app and mobile website use the same wallet, so switching between them does not create a second balance.
Before sending the money, check the method, accepted amount, recipient details and whether the cashier asks for a UTR.
- selected payment method;
- amount accepted by that route;
- receiving details or generated QR code;
- whether a UTR must be entered after completion.
A bonus label can also appear beside a route. It should be checked before payment rather than assumed to apply automatically to every Tez888 deposit.
Deposit and Withdrawal Methods Can Differ
A method used for a deposit may not appear on the withdrawal screen. Open Withdrawal after login and choose from the bank, UPI or other payout routes shown for the account.
The general minimum withdrawal is ₹1,100, with account processing listed at 2–24 hours. Wagering, verification and fair-play checks can keep a request pending, while the number of free withdrawals depends on the account’s loyalty level.
Use payout details that belong to the same person named in the profile. A mismatch between the account holder, UPI ID or bank details can send the request back for correction or verification.
Making a Deposit from the Tez888 Cashier
Open Deposit in the account cashier, choose a route shown for the current session and enter an amount inside its displayed limits. Complete one transfer against one cashier request; if the balance does not update immediately, keep the receipt and check the transaction status before sending again.
Open the Cashier After Login
Sign in with the registered mobile number and open Deposit from the account menu. OTP and password access lead to the same cashier once the session is active.
On mobile, open the cashier from the account menu in the browser or app. Deposits, withdrawal requests and transaction history remain attached to the same profile.
Select the Amount and Payment Route
Choose an available method and enter the amount. The general minimum deposit is listed as ₹500, but individual routes can start higher. The figure beside the selected method is the one that applies to that request.
For manual transfers, send the exact amount requested. A ₹1,000 cashier request should not be paid as ₹999 or ₹1,001 because the amount and UTR can both be used to match the transfer.
The route determines what happens next:
| Selected route | Next action |
|---|---|
| QR-UPI | Scan the code and enter the UTR |
| UPI collection | Enter the UPI ID and approve the request |
| Direct UPI app | Continue in the chosen payment application |
| Manual bank transfer | Use the displayed account details and reference |
| Wallet | Follow the provider instructions shown in the cashier |
Confirm the Transaction and Check the Balance
Finish the transfer in the selected payment app or bank, then return to the cashier. Enter the UTR when the route asks for it. Deposits are listed as normally reaching the wallet in about five minutes, while the payment-progress screen can show a 5–10 minute window.
If the balance has not changed, check the bank status, the submitted UTR and the pending transaction before doing anything else. A second transfer creates a new payment and does not repair the first one.
Keep the receipt until the funds appear. If the wallet remains unchanged, support will need the amount, method, payment time, UTR and a clear transaction screenshot.
QR-UPI, UPI collection and direct-app payments reach the same wallet but use different confirmation flows. Follow the route opened for that transaction: a QR payment may need a UTR, a collection request needs approval in the UPI app, and a direct-app route continues inside the selected payment service.
Pay by Scanning a QR Code
Choose QR-UPI and enter the requested amount. The cashier generates a code that can be scanned with PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM or another UPI application.
After the UPI transfer succeeds:
- Open the completed transaction in the payment app.
- Copy the UTR.
- Return to the deposit page.
- Paste the number into the ENTER UTR field.
- Submit it once and wait for matching.
The QR flow also allows a saved code to be uploaded on the scan page, but that route carries a ₹2,000 deposit limit. Scanning the code directly from another device avoids that specific saved-QR restriction.
Use UPI Collection with a UPI ID
UPI collection starts with the virtual payment address rather than a QR code. Enter the UPI ID in the cashier, press Pay and open the related request in the chosen payment application.
Review the merchant, amount and status before approving the collection request. After payment, return to the cashier and check the wallet. This route may not use a separate UTR field, so follow the confirmation shown on screen.
Open PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or BHIM
With the direct-app route, choose PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or BHIM on the payment page and confirm the transfer in the app that opens.
After approval, return to the original cashier request and check the balance. Do not open a second deposit form while the first transaction is still being matched.
Confirming a Deposit with a UTR
After a successful UPI or bank transfer, copy the UTR or transaction reference from the payment record. Manual and QR deposits use that reference to match the money sent with the corresponding cashier request.
Find the UTR or Transaction Reference
Open the completed payment in the UPI or banking application and look for UTR, UPI reference number, transaction ID or bank reference. Copy the full value exactly as displayed.
The payment must show a successful status. A reference from a failed or reversed transfer will not confirm a Tez888 deposit, even if an amount briefly appeared as debited.
Submit One Reference for One Payment
Return to the matching Tez888 cashier request and paste the UTR into the confirmation field. Use one reference for one payment only. Reusing the same number for several deposit forms can delay matching and make the transaction history harder to trace.
Keep the cashier page open until the number is accepted. If you close it first, use the pending transaction area rather than creating a new transfer for the same amount.
Correct an Invalid UTR or Deposit Amount
When the Tez888 reference is rejected, compare every digit with the bank receipt. Also confirm that the amount sent matches the amount requested by Tez888 and that the transfer reached the displayed recipient.
Prepare the following before contacting support:
- registered mobile number in masked form;
- deposit amount and payment method;
- date and exact time;
- UTR or bank reference;
- screenshot showing successful status;
- cashier error or pending message.
Never send an OTP, password or full banking credentials. Support needs the transaction evidence, not access to the account.
Bank Transfers and Wallet Routes
Bank transfers and wallet options can appear alongside UPI in the logged-in cashier. Use them only when the route is active for the account, because recipient details and limits can change between sessions.
-
Complete a Manual Bank Transfer
Select the Tez888 bank-transfer route and copy the beneficiary information exactly. Depending on the screen, this can include the account holder, account number, bank name, IFSC and the exact amount.
Complete the transfer in the banking app, save the receipt and return to the Tez888 payment form. Enter the UTR when requested. The cashier will not mark a manual bank transfer as matched until the payment reference is linked to the corresponding request. -
Use Alternative Methods Displayed After Login
Tez888 wallets or additional providers can appear beside the standard routes. Read the on-screen fee, limit and confirmation instructions before proceeding; details from an earlier Tez888 payment guide or an old screenshot should not replace the current cashier information.
There is no reason to select an unrelated method simply because it was available on another account. Use the payment route shown for your own profile, and keep deposits inside the logged-in cashier rather than sending money to contacts shared through unofficial messages.
Deposit Limits and Credit Times
The general minimum deposit is ₹500, but the live cashier can set a different threshold for a particular route. One current UPI screen, for example, shows a ₹1,000 minimum and a ₹5,000,000 maximum. Use the figures displayed for the selected method before sending money.
General Minimum and Method-Specific Limits
The ₹500 figure is a general baseline, not the limit for every payment route. Compare it with the live cashier before creating the transfer:
| Limit | Current information |
|---|---|
| General minimum deposit | ₹500 |
| Example active UPI minimum | ₹1,000 |
| Example active route maximum | ₹5,000,000 |
| Saved QR transaction limit | ₹2,000 |
| Final amount to follow | The figure shown in the logged-in cashier |
The ₹2,000 restriction applies to the saved-QR route shown in the current Tez888 payment flow. Scanning the code from another device or using the UPI ID can follow a different limit. Do not divide a payment into several transfers unless the cashier creates separate requests for them.
The Tez888 app and browser use the same account wallet, but they can display a refreshed set of payment routes when a session changes. Reopen Deposit and check the live figures instead of relying on a screenshot taken earlier.
How Long a Deposit Can Take to Appear
A completed deposit is listed as normally reaching the wallet in about five minutes, while the payment-progress screen can advise allowing 5–10 minutes. Start that window after the bank marks the transfer successful and, where required, after the UTR has been submitted.
A transfer that is still processing in the bank or UPI app has not yet reached the cashier matching stage. Keep the payment receipt and wait for the external transaction to complete before treating it as a missing deposit.
During the wait:
- keep the cashier request open when possible;
- do not reuse the same UTR;
- avoid sending the same amount again;
- save the receipt and payment time;
- check the main wallet rather than an individual Tez888 game balance.
Fix a Missing or Delayed Deposit
When a deposit is missing from the wallet, start with the transaction record rather than sending again. An unsubmitted UTR, a wrong reference, a different amount from the cashier request or a transfer still processing at the bank can all stop automatic matching.
Payment Completed but Balance Not Updated
First check the transaction in the UPI or banking app. It should show a successful status, the exact amount and a full reference number. Then return to the cashier and look for the pending deposit.
Use this order:
- Confirm that the payment status is successful.
- Compare the sent amount with the cashier request.
- Check whether the method requires a UTR.
- Refresh the wallet after the normal processing window.
- Contact support if the deposit still does not appear.
Logging out and back in can refresh the account display, but it does not replace a missing UTR. Do not create another account or send a second transfer to solve the same pending request.
If the payment is successful, the reference is correct and the wallet still has not updated after the displayed processing window, send the transaction details to support.
UTR Was Rejected or Entered Incorrectly
A UTR must match one completed payment. Copy the full reference from the bank record rather than typing it from memory. Spaces, missing digits or a reference taken from another transfer can prevent the payment system from matching the deposit.
When the field rejects the number:
- compare every digit with the receipt;
- confirm that the transfer was not failed or reversed;
- make sure the amount matches the request;
- submit the reference only once;
- keep a screenshot of the error message.
If a wrong UTR has already been submitted, keep the original payment record and ask support to review that cashier request. Do not create another deposit form for the same transfer.
The Selected Payment Method Disappeared
Payment routes can disappear when provider availability or the account session changes. A method shown earlier is not guaranteed to remain active when the cashier is reopened.
Do not send money using old bank details, an expired QR image or information copied from another Tez888 account. Choose one of the routes currently shown after sign-in. If the missing option was tied to a promotion, check whether the offer is still available before selecting a replacement method.
Details Support Needs to Trace a Deposit
Support can trace a pending deposit faster when the request identifies one specific transaction. Send the payment evidence below without sharing account credentials.
Send:
- the registered number in masked form;
- deposit amount and currency;
- payment method;
- date and exact time;
- UTR or bank reference;
- screenshot showing successful payment;
- pending transaction or error message.
Do not send an OTP, password, card PIN or full banking login. Support needs the payment record, not access to the Tez888 app or bank account.
Add a Promo Code During a Tez888 Deposit
The Tez888 deposit form contains an optional Bonus Coupon field. A payment-method offer can also appear beside a UPI or bank route, but the active cashier determines which promotion is available for that account.
Find the Bonus Coupon Field
Choose the Tez888 payment route and enter the amount first. The Bonus Coupon field appears before the final payment confirmation when a code can be used.
Enter the code before pressing Complete Deposit. If the code is accepted, the cashier should show a confirmation or updated bonus value. Do not continue on the assumption that an expired or ineligible code will be added later.
Current cashier examples include:
- 6% bonus on selected UPI deposits;
- up to 10% through the displayed PG18 route;
- 2% up to ₹3,000 on a second-deposit offer.
Payment promotions can change. Use the percentage, cap and eligibility shown in the logged-in cashier for the deposit you are about to make.
Check the Bonus Before Sending the Deposit
A banner alone does not confirm that a reward is attached to the payment. Look for a coupon confirmation, Apply status or bonus line before sending the money.
After the wallet updates, review both the cash and bonus balances. A Tez888 casino offer may credit locked funds rather than cash that can be withdrawn immediately. Open the promotion terms to see eligible products, wagering and expiry.
If the reward is missing, keep the deposit receipt and a screenshot of the offer shown before payment. Support can compare those details with the completed transaction.
Submitting a Tez888 Withdrawal
Open Withdrawal in the cashier after completing the applicable deposit turnover and any separate bonus conditions. The payout routes available there may differ from the methods used to fund the account.
Open the Withdrawal Section
Sign in, open the cashier and switch from Deposit to Withdrawal. Review the available balance before entering an amount. Locked bonus funds and money that has not completed wagering may not be included in the withdrawable total.
The Tez888 app and browser share the same request history. Use one active session and avoid opening several identical payout requests while the first one is still pending.
Choose an Available Payout Route
Select one of the payout routes shown on the withdrawal screen. Depending on the account, the form can ask for bank details, a UPI destination or another supported payment account.
Use payment details in your own name and check every field before continuing. A deposit route does not guarantee that the same option will appear for withdrawal, so follow the current cashier rather than an older payment guide.
Enter the Amount and Submit the Request
Enter an amount within the limits shown on screen. The general minimum is ₹1,100. Before submitting, check:
- withdrawable balance;
- selected payout route;
- account or UPI details;
- completed deposit turnover;
- pending verification messages;
- any free-withdrawal information shown for the account.
Confirm the request once. Repeated submissions do not speed up the Tez888 withdrawal and can make the transaction list harder to follow.
Follow the Status in Transaction History
Transaction history shows whether a request is pending, approved, rejected or completed. Pending means account processing is still open; Completed means the payout has been marked as sent, although the receiving bank or provider may still need time to post it.
Keep the transaction ID, amount and request time until the money reaches the destination account. Contact support when a request remains pending beyond the stated processing window or when a completed payout is still missing from the receiving account.
Tez888 Withdrawal Limits, Times and Fees
Withdrawal limits use a general minimum plus rolling 24-hour and 30-day caps. Several smaller requests count toward the same rolling totals.
Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts
| Withdrawal limit | Limit |
|---|---|
| Minimum request | ₹1,100 |
| Maximum in 24 hours | ₹1,000,000 |
| Maximum in 30 days | ₹5,000,000 |
The Tez888 24-hour and 30-day caps are cumulative. Several smaller requests can still reach the limit even when no individual Tez888 withdrawal is close to the maximum.
Processing Time and Bank Delivery Time
Account processing is listed at 2–24 hours and remains subject to fair-play checks. That window covers the withdrawal request inside Tez888; a bank or UPI provider can take additional time after the status changes to completed.
After a Tez888 withdrawal changes to completed, the bank or UPI provider can need additional time to display the funds. When the payment is marked successful but does not arrive, contact support with the withdrawal reference and destination details.
Free Withdrawals and Loyalty-Level Conditions
The free-withdrawal day runs from 5:30 AM to 5:29 AM the next day. The number of free requests depends on the account’s loyalty level.
There is no single free-withdrawal count that applies to every loyalty level. Check the logged-in cashier before submitting the next request to see the allowance or fee condition attached to the account.
Complete Wagering Before a Withdrawal
A withdrawal request is not processed until the required turnover is complete. Tez888 separates the rule for sportsbook deposits from the rule for casino deposits, while bonus funds can carry an additional target of their own.
-
Sportsbook Deposit Turnover
Money deposited through Tez888 for sports betting must be wagered once before withdrawal. A ₹5,000 deposit therefore requires ₹5,000 in qualifying sportsbook stakes to complete the 1× turnover.
Settled qualifying bets count towards the requirement. A deposit transferred into the account but left unused does not become immediately withdrawable simply because no bonus was selected. -
Casino Deposit Turnover
Tez888 casino deposits require 3× turnover. A ₹5,000 deposit used in the casino therefore needs ₹15,000 in qualifying wagers before the base deposit condition is complete.
The rule concerns wager volume, not net loss. Winning or losing one Tez888 game does not by itself show whether the turnover target has been reached. Check the account or contact support when the remaining amount is unclear. -
Separate Wagering for Bonus Funds
Tez888 bonus wagering is tracked separately from the standard deposit requirement. Selected locked bonuses are released at ₹1 for every ₹150 wagered on eligible casino, live casino and sportsbook products.
This release rate does not mean that every product contributes. Open the active promotion and check the eligible categories, expiry and remaining balance before requesting a payout.
Completing the 1× or 3× deposit turnover does not automatically clear a locked bonus. Finish or remove the applicable promotion under its own terms before submitting the Tez888 withdrawal.
KYC and Account Details Before Withdrawal
A withdrawal can move into review even when the balance and wagering requirements are already clear. The profile, identity documents and payout destination need to identify the same account holder, so check those details before submitting a large request.
Complete KYC When Requested
Identity verification can be requested before a payout is released. Open Account Profile, update the personal details, choose Verification and upload the requested government-issued document. The Privacy Policy explains how account and verification data is handled.
A verification request can involve the following stages:
- Submit proof of identity and, when requested, proof of address.
- Wait while the compliance team compares the documents with the registration details.
- Replace an unclear or expired file if the first upload cannot be accepted.
- Complete additional checks or video KYC when a discrepancy remains.
Verification can take from several hours to several days when documents need additional review or replacement. Keep the original account active while the check is open; creating another profile can create a separate account issue.
Match Profile and Payment Account Details
The name, date of birth and other profile details should match the documents used for KYC. The bank or UPI account used for the payout should identify the same account holder.
Before submitting, compare:
- the name in the Tez888 profile;
- the holder name on the bank or UPI account;
- account number, UPI ID or payout address;
- registered mobile number;
- spelling and number format.
Incorrect account details are a common reason for a rejected withdrawal. A typing error can usually be corrected, while a payout account belonging to another person can trigger a broader ownership check.
Upload Identity or Address Documents
For proof of identity, the listed Indian documents are Passport, Driving Licence, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card and Voter ID. Passport, Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card and Voter ID are also named as acceptable proof of address.
| Verification purpose | Documents named by Tez888 |
|---|---|
| Proof of identity | Passport, Driving Licence, PAN, Aadhaar or Voter ID |
| Proof of address | Passport, Driving Licence, Aadhaar or Voter ID |
| Additional review | Replacement document or video KYC when requested |
Upload a complete image with readable text and all corners visible. Cropped, blurred or expired files can be returned for replacement, and updated documents may be requested during a later account review.
Why a Tez888 Withdrawal Is Pending or Rejected
A pending Tez888 request has not completed the operator’s review. A rejected one normally needs a correction before it can be sent again. Check the status message first; repeating the same request without fixing the reason does not shorten the process.
Deposit Turnover Is Still Incomplete
Tez888 does not process a payout until the required wagering is complete. Sportsbook deposits require 1× turnover, while casino deposits require 3×. An active bonus can add a separate target.
If the account shows incomplete turnover, open the relevant balance or promotion record and check the remaining qualifying amount. Finish that requirement before submitting the withdrawal again.
Verification or Fair-Play Review Is Active
All Tez888 withdrawal requests are subject to fair-play checks. The compliance team can also pause a request while identity documents, account ownership or unusual activity are reviewed.
During an active review:
- read account messages and support replies;
- upload only the documents requested;
- avoid changing bank details repeatedly;
- keep the original transaction reference;
- do not create duplicate payout requests.
When the cashier does not explain a long pending status, contact support with the withdrawal reference. The team can check whether the request is waiting for KYC, fair-play review or another account check.
Bank or Profile Details Do Not Match
A wrong Tez888 account number, UPI ID or holder name can cause rejection. Compare the submitted payout details with the bank record and Tez888 profile before correcting the request.
Do not guess which field failed. Ask support for the stated reason when the cashier message is unclear, then update only the incorrect information. This keeps the account history easier to follow and avoids replacing valid details unnecessarily.
When to Correct and Resubmit a Withdrawal
Common rejection reasons include incorrect payout details, incomplete wagering and an expired request. Correct the reason shown in transaction history before submitting a new withdrawal.
Use this sequence:
- Open transaction history and read the latest status.
- Confirm that the original funds returned to the withdrawable balance.
- Correct the payout details or complete the missing requirement.
- Submit one new request.
- Save the new transaction reference.
If the balance has not returned after a rejection, contact Tez888 support before resubmitting.
Withdrawal Completed but Money Has Not Arrived
A Completed status means the payout has been marked as processed on the account. The receiving bank or payment provider may still need time to post it, so check the payout reference and completion date rather than treating it as a pending cashier request.
-
Check the Payment Reference and Processing Date
Open transaction history and record the payout amount, completion date, destination and reference number. Then check the receiving bank account for a transaction posted under a shortened merchant or transfer description.
Do not compare only the request time. Use the date when the Tez888 withdrawal changed to completed, because that is the point from which the external payment route begins its part of the delivery. -
Contact the Bank or Tez888 Support
When the money remains missing, do not repeat the full missing-deposit support checklist. Start with the withdrawal reference, amount, completion date and receiving route. When a withdrawal is marked completed but the money is still missing, contact support with the payout reference, amount, completion date and receiving route.
If support confirms that the payout left the operator’s side, the next step is usually with the bank or UPI provider. Ask for a bank statement, trace confirmation or NOC for the relevant period, because those are bank-side records rather than casino support documents.
The statement should cover the completion date and a short window after it. It helps show whether the payment arrived under a different description, failed, reversed or never reached the account. Do not send the Tez888 login password, OTP, card PIN or online-banking credentials.
Keep Payment Details and Account Access Separate
Use payment details generated inside the logged-in cashier, check the recipient before sending money and keep the transaction record until the wallet or receiving account confirms completion.
Use a Payment Account in Your Own Name
The bank or UPI account used for payments should match the verified profile. Consistent ownership makes it easier to connect deposits, verification records and payout requests to the same account.
Avoid using another person’s UPI ID or bank account. A mismatch can lead to document requests, rejection or an account review, particularly when the withdrawal destination differs from the information already verified.
Protect OTP, Password and Banking Details
Neither the cashier nor support needs a banking password, card PIN or OTP to trace a payment.
Never send:
- an account password;
- an OTP;
- a card PIN or CVV;
- full online-banking credentials;
- remote-access permission to the phone;
- a payment to an address shared by an unofficial messenger account.
Open support through the website or use the contact email listed there. A payment review can be handled with transaction references, receipts and requested verification documents; never give anyone remote access to the phone or online-banking account. For account limits and self-exclusion options, see Responsible Gaming.
Keep Receipts Until the Transaction Is Complete
Save the UTR, transaction screenshot and cashier reference after every manual or QR payment. For a payout, retain the request ID until the funds reach the destination.
A useful transaction record includes the amount, method, date, time, status and reference number. A screenshot showing only a debited balance is less useful because it does not identify the cashier request that needs to be traced.
Tez888 Payments FAQ
- Can I Deposit and Withdraw with Different Methods?The deposit method does not guarantee the same payout route. Open Withdrawal after Tez888 login and choose from the methods offered for the account. Use details in your own name and follow any verification prompt shown by the cashier.
- Can I Make Several Deposits on the Same Day?No fixed daily deposit count is listed. Each payment should use its own cashier request and UTR or reference, with the amount kept inside the limits shown for the selected method.
- Can I Cancel a Pending Withdrawal?There is no universal self-cancel procedure shown for every withdrawal route. Check the pending request in transaction history; when no cancel control appears, contact support before creating another request.
- Can I Use Another Person’s UPI or Bank Account?Avoid doing so. Payment and profile details should identify the same account holder, and mismatched information is listed among the reasons a payout can be rejected or sent for verification.
- Why Do Payment Methods Change in the Cashier?The live cashier shows the routes currently approved and available for that account. A provider can be unavailable, a session can refresh or a method can carry different limits. Follow the current Tez888 payment screen rather than saved bank details or an old QR code.
- Where Can I Find My Tez888 Transaction History?Open My Account and select Account Statement. The statement is the main place to review deposits, payout requests and status changes from the browser or Tez888 app.
